Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the name of the petitioner is not being recorded in the cultivation column by the revenue authorities. 3.

For grievance of such nature, the committee is constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015. The petitioner may approach the committee for redressal of his grievance. The committee shall within three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application take appropriate steps.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
