By this petition, the petitioner is seeking appointment on compassionate ground in the place of his deceased father who expired on 29.09.2020 while in service of Respondent-School as a Peon. The petitioner has made an application for such appointment on 05.10.2020, which is not yet decided by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 states that

{2} wp556221.odt the application shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today.

Respondent No.3 shall decide the application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. If the application is granted, Respondent No.3 shall send appropriate proposal for its approval to Respondent No.2 within a period of six weeks thereafter.
