Heard Shri Rahane, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant-Acquiring Body. Learned Counsel submitted that, he is in receipt of the cheque for the amount of Rs.16,92,864/-, which is consolidated amount of compensation in respect of all 7 matters. The learned Counsel has sought permission for depositing the said amount. Though the time stipulated for deposit of the amount had expired long back, I am inclined to extend the said period and permit the Acquiring Body to deposit the said amount. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) Time to deposit the amount of compensation stands extended by one week.

(ii) The Registry to accept the cheque for the amount of Rs.16,92,864/-.

(iii) All Civil Applications for stay stand disposed of. (iv) Authenticated Copy be provided to the parties to act upon. (P.R. BORA, J.) ggp
