The auction notice dated 31.12.2014, is assailed, so also dated 12.12.2014. The learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said proclamation, the sale has not taken place. If that is the position then the said proclamation today does not survive. 3.

Another grievance of the petitioner is that the Respondent is not supplying the documents to the petitioner. In the said proclamation itself details of the recovery certificate are given. The date of the recovery certificate issued U/s 101, so also the number of the recovery certificate has been stated. The petitioner can get the copies of the said recovery certificate and the documents filed

along with the said application for the recovery certificate from the concerned office.
