Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.1 and the learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.2.

2] During the course of arguments, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, restricts the

2 4-wp3030-15.odt prayer to the extent of giving directions to the respondents to decide the representations/ applications filed by the petitioners on 10.12.2015 and 21.12.2015.

3] In that view of the matter, we direct the respondents to take decision on the said representations/applications as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of eight weeks from today on their own merits, keeping in view the relevant provisions.

4] The petition stands disposed in the above terms.
