1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] Although the application is filed seeking withdrawal of the amount, the learned counsel for the applicants requests for transfer of the amount deposited in this Court to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar, for disbursement to the claimants in terms of the award dated 1.7.1998 passed in MACP No.98/1991 decided by the Member, MACT, Tribunal, Ahmednagar.

3] Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 & 2 has no objection to transfer the amount to the MACT,

CA 4277/19 in FA 53/99 - 2 - Ahmednagar.

4] Accordingly, the application is allowed. The amount lying in deposit in this Court together with interest accrued therein be transferred to MACT, Ahmednagar, for disbursement in MACP No.98/1991 decided on 1.7.1998 by the said Tribunal.
