1. Learned AGP submits that the petitioner has remedy under section 53(3A) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act. In light of that, writ petition disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open.

Learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader shall intimate the respondents that for two days, further steps may not be taken to enable the petitioner to avail alternate remedy.

After lapse of two days, the protection granted to the petitioner shall come to an end. The petitioner may seek further orders from the appellate authority.

Authenticated copy be issued.
