The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of respondent no.3 - Narayanrao Sakharam Rangale, who, admittedly, died on 09.12.2022, by condoning the delay of 354 days.

The learned Counsel for the Respondents, though

{2} opposed the application on the ground of delay, but considering the right to sue, the Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and, "C" subject to cost of Rs.500/- payable to the Library of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad.

Amendment to be carried out within stipulated period and subject to deposit of cost.
