Mr. Patil, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has given representation to consider the services rendered by her husband on temporary basis as half for the purpose of family pension benefits.

We have heard the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 also.

As the representation is pending with respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may take decision on the representation (page No. 15 and 16) on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy and consider all other relevant aspects of the matter. The said decision shall be taken expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months
