This is an application for restoration of Criminal Revision Application No. 42/2014, which was dismissed for not removing office objection and for not supplying the correct address of the respondent/original complainant in the Criminal Revision Application.

Heard Mr. G.G.Kadam, the learned counsel for the applicant.

Since in the present Criminal Revision Application itself, the respondent/original complainant was not served and was not before this Court, therefore, in his absence, the

2 Cr. Apln. 1140.2015 in Cr. Revn. Apln. 42.2014 present Criminal Application can be decided.

I have gone through the reasons stated in the application for not complying the order dated 17/12/2014 passed by this Court. Sufficient cause is made out. 5.

Hence, the present Criminal Application is allowed. Criminal Revision Application No. 42/2014 is restored to the file.

In that view of the matter, the present Criminal Application is disposed of.
