The Petitioner prays that Respondent No.3 should decide the pending proposal dated 10.01.2023, for inclusion of the Petitioner's name in the Shalarth ID. The Petitioner has enhanced his qualifications and has now secured B+. 2.

Needless to state, the earlier order dated 15.11.2021 passed by Respondent No.3, which was based on the fact that the Petitioner did not have B+ at the Post Graduation level, would no longer remain a ground for disentitling the Petitioner. Hence, as the Petitioner has now acquired B+, the communication dated

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
