The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is seeking limited directions against respondent nos.3 and 4 to consider his application seeking appointment on compassionate ground.

In case, application is filed by the petitioner with respondent nos.3 and 4 seeking appointment on compassionate ground (Page No.54) and the same is pending with respondent nos.3 and 4, then respondent nos.3 and 4 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months.
