DATE : 06/07/2017 PER COURT :- 1] Having heard and finding that the petitioner is not at fault for the claim being undecided, we allow this Writ Petition with direction to the scrutiny committee to conclude the proceeding before it as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2] Till the scrutiny committee renders its decision and communicates it to the petitioner, the admission of the petitioner to the respondent no.2-college shall not be cancelled, if not already cancelled. Respondent no.2 in the event admission continuous should permit the petitioner to attend the classes give the examination and obtain mark sheets/results and respondent no.2University should continue to recognize the petitioner as a bonafide student of the second respondent-college. The petitioner need not file any further petitions. The Writ Petition is disposed of. In view of
