This is an application filed by the appellant for condonation of delay of 89 days in filing First Appeal.

Heard Mr. Maniyar, learned counsel for the applicant. None present for the respondent.

The ground stated in the application is that the applicant is serving and residing at Palaskheda, Tq. Jamner, District Jalgaon. He came to know about the judgment and award passed in M.A.C.Petition No. 198 of 2013 when he attended the office of his advocate at Aurangabad. Thereafter, he applied for certified copy and collected necessary documents from the advocate

ca3273.17 and collected the same and after consultation with the advocate filed First Appeal. In that process, the delay has been caused.

The delay caused is properly and reasonably explained. Therefore, same needs to be condoned. Accordingly, it is condoned.
