PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioner shall file an application with the Sub Divisional Officer for issuance of the fresh tribe certificate with the correct spelling of Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe. The petitioner shall also file an online application with the Sub Divisional Officer.

The petitioner shall file an application with the Scrutiny Committee for issuance of the attested tribe certificate. On receipt of the application, committee shall issue the attested tribe certificate to the petitioner of the tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner within a period of seven (07) days. The attested tribe certificate shall be submitted by the petitioner to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. The concerned Sub Divisional Officer on receipt of the attested tribe certificate shall issue the tribe certificate with the

2 5-WP4293-19.doc correct spelling of Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe to the petitioner within a period of one (01) month thereafter.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
