Learned counsel submits that petition has been moved challenging order dated 29.01.2016 on Exhibit-154 in RCS No. 9/2012 letting the defendants to produce certified copies of sale deeds. The application was objected to by the plaintiff contending that the same would amount to lead secondary evidence.

Trial court allowed exhibition of documents keeping open objection of plaintiff.
