Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay periods mentioned in these applications which appear to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is also circulation delay. The Acquiring Body though served, but remained absent. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods in all these applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid periods of delay and also for the delay in circulating the matter belatedly on the enhanced compensation, if granted. 2.
The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
