Having regard to the fact that respondent No. 1 is serving as Staff Nurse and earning Rs. 40,000/- per month and present applicant is self employee or working as labourer, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to reduce the amount of maintenance of Rs.2000/- per month to Rs.1500/- each, payable to respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

With the above observations, criminal writ petition stands disposed of.

Time to make deposit of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty five thousand only), as ordered by Court below, is extended by two months from today.
