Mr. Maniyar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the school run by the petitioner is a centre for SSC and HSC examination. The hall tickets are also issued to the students of the petitioner's school. Abruptly, yesterday the centre is changed. Inconvenience would be caused to the students.

The learned counsel for the respondent-Board on instructions submits that the centre was required to be changed because of lack of infrastructure. New centre has been allotted to the students. The hall tickets have also been issued to the students through online process.

In view of the above, it would not be possible to entertain the petition at the 11th hour.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
