On 30-10-2015, matters were adjourned for six weeks in order to enable the applicants to take steps for service on concerned respondents, lest the matter was to stand dismissed against said respondents. On 10-12-2015, none appeared for the applicants. Taking into account aforesaid order dated 30-10-2015, the court observed that the matters stand dismissed agaisnt

CRA-191.12 respondents no. 4 to 6 and directed listing up of matters on 12-01-2016 with a rider that in case nobody appears on behalf of the applicants, the main matters would be dismissed. 2.

When the matters are called out today, nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the applicants.
