At this stage issue notice to respondent Nos.1 to 4. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. The petition is for limited prayer for issuing directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to make an inquiry under Section 83 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, for which purpose he had filed a representation on 08.01.2024.

WP_2910_2024 respondent No.3, then it is expected that he should take some decision. Therefore, the petition can be disposed of, by giving directions to him, without going into the merits of the matter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2024, on its own merits, within a period of one month from today.
