The order permitting withdrawal of amount has already been passed. Learned counsel for the applicants informs that the bank is not permitting opening of the joint account in the name of more than three persons. It is, therefore, difficult to get the amount of compensation. He, therefore, urged for payment of amount in the name of General Power of Attorney of the applicants.

This Court asked the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court about the same. He assures to do the needful in that regard. The amount, therefore, be paid to the applicants in the bank accounts of their individual name or in joint account, as would be permissible and convenient. Civil applications stand disposed of accordingly.
