The writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no. 2 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on both the proposals forwarded by petitioner no. 1 for grant of approval to the appointments of petitioner nos. 2 and 3, if it has not been already decided, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within five weeks.
