The applicants are seeking disbursement of balance amount of Rs. 25,71,777/- deposited by the respondent-insurance company. One of the applicants i.e. Panchshilabai was already permitted to receive 50% of the amount towards her share as per the apportionment of the Tribunal, vide order dated 06.12.2024. It is informed that father of deceased Satish passed away. Present applicants are his heirs also.

The learned counsel for the respondent-Insurance Company fairly concedes that 50% of the amount towards share of the deceased father can be permitted to be withdrawn.

The Civil Application is partly allowed permitting the applicants to receive 50% of the share as per the apportionment of the Tribunal on furnishing undertaking. Balance amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank.
