Present Petition has been filed for directions to respondent Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, expeditiously.

After waiving notice for respondent, learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that the tribe claim can be decided within six months.

The petitioner is a student for 12th Science and appearing for NEET (UG) 2024 and therefore, he is in need of the tribe certificate. It appears that he had filed the proposal on 4th August 2023.

In view of the same, the respondent to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case within a period of four months from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
