The grievance of the petitioner is that, respondent No. 4 is constructing the well adjoining the public well which is used for providing drinking facility to the villagers. 2.

We have heard Mr. Choudhari, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Devkate, Mr. Ghute and the learned A. G. P. for the respondents.

The affidavit is filed in April, 2013, stating that the respondent No. 4 has constructed the well and the well i. e. the existing public well is dry and there is no water in the said well. 4.
