In spite of service, none appears for the respondent. 3.

This application is preferred seeking transfer of proceeding of Petition No. A-2336/2022 from the Family Court No. 1, Bandra, Mumbai to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangamner, District Ahmednagar.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that, the respondent/husband has filed petition seeking divorce in the Family Court at Bandra. The applicant at present is residing with her father in Akole Taluka which is tribal area. There is no one to accompany her to attend the Court proceeding at Bandra. The distance is more than 400 Kms. which she has to travel for attending the Court. 5.

Considering the above and the fact that, in spite of service the respondent has not appeared before this Court, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Therefore, the application is allowed. The proceeding of Petition No. A-2336/2022 stands transferred to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Divison, Sangamner, District Ahmednagar. 6.

The misc. civil application thus stands disposed of in above terms.
