The registration of Second Appeal Stamp No. 31004 of 2024 was refused since office objections were not removed within the stipulated period. The applicants have moved present application challenging the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). 2.

Since there is a delay in filing the application, a prayer for condonation of delay of 47 days is also made. 3.
