Learned counsel submits that the objections as appearing in the application under Exhibit 155, in regular civil suit bearing no. 21 of 2012, which stands rejected under the order dated 01-02-2018, impugned in this writ petition, can be expediently taken pursuant to section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure and thus does not press present writ petition.

Writ petition as such is disposed of as not pressed. 3.

Learned counsel prays for expeditious disposal of suit. 4.
