In view of self operative order dated 16.03.2020 Civil Misc. Application No. 76 of 2020 came to be rejected.

The applicant seeks restoration of Civil Misc. Application No.76 of 2020. It is submitted that the applicant could not supply spare copies to the Registry before 23.03.2020 due to State-wide lock-down. The Counsel undertakes to supply copies to the Registry within a week from today.

The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

If copies are supplied, Civil Misc.Application No.76 of 2020 shall stand restored to file, where-after the Registry shall issue notice to the respondent, returnable four weeks.
