This petition is directed against order dated 23.09.2024 below Exhibit-1 in Regular Criminal Case No.52 of 2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class,Parola Tq.Parola Dist.Jalgaon issuing process against the petitioners. Petitioners have alternate remedy for preferring revision under Sections 397,401 and 402 of Cr.P.C(Sections 438,442 and 443 of B.N.S.S,2023 respectively) 2.

In view of statutory alternate remedy, I am not inclined to exercise my jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.(Section 528 of B.N.S.S,2023).

Writ petition is dismissed for having alternate remedy with a liberty to avail alternate remedy.
