PER COURT :- Petitioner is praying for issuance of directions in respect of removal of encroachment, on the pandan-way. An affidavit in reply has been presented, on behalf of respondent No.3, by the Nayab Tahsildar of Taluka Ahmedpur, wherein, it has been recorded that, in observance of the due procedure of law, the encroachments over the pandan road, have been removed. Copy of Panchanama is annexed with the affidavit. In view of the action taken by respondents, the grievance raised by the petitioner, in the instant petition stands redressed. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
