The learned counsel for applicant pointed out the order passed by the Trial Court dated 5th April, 2024 by which co-accused is released on bail. Now, the charge-sheet is filed during the pendency of this application. The learned counsel for applicant prayed for bail on the ground of parity.

Considering the fact that charge-sheet is filed, the applicant can move an application for bail before the Trial Court. The applicant to submit a copy of this order before the Trial Court and request by filing fresh application for bail before it. If such an application is moved, the Trial Court is directed to decide the said application on its own merits within 8 days from today. With these observations, this bail application is disposed of.
