Perused the application. This is an application for stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Tribunal. 3.

It has been submitted that the decreetal amount has already been deposited in this Court. Some part of the decreetal amount came to be withdrawn by respondents (original claimants). In such circumstances, there is no impediment to continue the stay granted by this Court dated 06-03-2017. Therefore, the stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Ahmednagar, in M.A.C.P. 188 of 2010 dated 11-04-2016 is hereby made confirmed till final disposal of the appeal on merit.
