The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. Learned counsel holding for Mr. R.C. Patil for acquiring body submits that, as per the order of this Court the acquiring body has deposited 75% of the total compensation amount alongwith the interest.

Learned Counsel for the applicants/claimants submits that the 1/2

941 CA 2671-2025 S.L.A.O. had granted rate of Rs.6,00,000/- per Hectare for the acquired land which, the learned Reference Court has enhanced to Rs.11,00,000/- per Hectare. Thus, the enhancement is only below two times. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount of compensation alongwith the interest thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
