Learned counsel for the applicant states that in the connected matter, the acquiring body permitted to withdraw entire amount since it had not preferred application for stay of execution of the award. 3.

Be that as it may. For the reasons given in the application, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount under the award, deposited in this Court, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, and 25% of the amount on submitting 1 / 2
