In pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 13th April 2022, learned Advocate for the applicant is submitting that the applicant would surrender before Shani Shingnapur Police Station tomorrow at 11.00 a.m.

Learned APP to convey to Police Inspector / Assistant Police Inspector, Shani Shinganapur Police Station to accept the

ba350.22 surrender of the applicant and then transmit him to Nashik Jail where he was earlier lodged.

3.

Superintendent of Jail, Nashik to accept the custody of the applicant from the Police authorities from Shani-Shinganapur Police Station and this transmission be made within a period of one or two days.

4.

Superintendent of Jail, Nashik to make arrangements for the medical treatment of the applicant as and when required and may refer him to J.J. Hospital, Mumbai if the need arises. 5.

In view of these directions, Application stands disposed of. 6.
