Heard. This petition is pending since 2007. The immediate cause of action of the petitioner was in the year 2007. The petitioner's caste claim was rejected on the eve of his election to Zilla Parishad. This cause of action is now no more available to the petitioner. We perused the impugned order and found the same to be proper. We find that ample opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner.

Without expressing our opinion on merits, we record our satisfaction in the manner in which the petitioner's claim was handled by the Committee. Principle of natural justice was also followed.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner contended that recently grand-son of the petitioner received validity certificate. In our view, the petitioner, therefore, should not continue with this claim. The grand-son has already secured validation and therefore next generation of the petitioner is now secured with validity certificate.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
