PER COURT :

1) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent, i.e. original claimants, submitted that First Appeals, arising out of the same land acquisition proceedings, are already dismissed by this Court (Coram:T.V.Nalawade,J.) vide judgment and order delivered on 11th February, 2016. The learned Counsel has placed on record a copy of the said judgment.

2) The learned AGP has conceded that the appeals arising out of the same acquisition

proceedings are dismissed by this court vide the aforesaid judgment.

3) In view of the submission so made, the present appeal stands dismissed for the reasons as are assigned in the judgment dated 11th February, 2016 delivered by this court in First Appeal No.1015/2004 with connected appeals. Pending Civil Application, if any, stands disposed of.
