Heard learned counsel for the parties.

First appeals filed by respondent no.1 against the awards of land acquisition reference court are stated to have been withdrawn before the Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the applicants, in the circumstances, requests for withdrawal of amount deposited in this court towards the land acquisition compensation in respect of the applicants.

Learned counsel for respondents have no particular submission to overcome this nor are in a position to oppose the request.

In the circumstances, civil applications are allowed. 5.

Applicants are allowed to withdraw balance of the amount deposited along with accrued interest thereon. 6.
