We have perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.8717/2014 on 27.1.2012. The respondent has in fact performed the functions of the post production supervisor since 2000 and as such is entitled to claim salary admissible to the said post. So far as objection raised as regards qualification of the respondent is concerned, it has been brought to the notice that, appellants have awarded promotion to the workers who have passed 6th standard examination on the post of production supervisor. The objection as regards educational qualification raised by the appellants as such do not deserve consideration. It is also a matter of fact that, the respondent has retired on attaining age of superannuation in 2011 itself.

In this view of the matter, no interference is called for in the instant LPA. Appeal is devoid of substance hence stands dismissed.

Pending civil application do not survive and stands disposed of.
