Mr. Panpatte, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.3 in both the writ petitions were appointed as Peon after following proper procedure. The Headmaster has submitted proposals seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners in November, 2014. However, no decision has been taken as yet.

We have heard learned AGP for the respondents. 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner No.3 in both the 1/2

56-57.odt petitions as peon (Exhibits 'E' and 'F') are pending with respondent No.3, then respondent No.3 shall take decision upon the said proposals in accordance with law, on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within four months.

Writ petitions accordingly disposed of. No costs.
