Criminal Application No.742 of 2025 is filed seeking permission to assist the APP. Permission is granted. Criminal Application No.742 of 2025 is allowed.

Learned counsel for the applicant in BA/171/2025 submits that, applicant is arrested on 26.03.2025. He further pointed out that, charge-sheet is already tendered in September 2024. According to him, he is behind the bars since more than three years, and charge is yet to be framed.

Learned APP pointed out that he has procured current status of the matter from the learned trial Court. According to him, there are 11 accused successive applications seeking discharge are moved by the accused persons. According to him, there is a possibility that the delay caused by such an application may affect the process of framing the charge. 4.

In view of the above, if the charge is not framed within three months from today, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application.
