Perused the order passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 372/2014. On 15.10.2015 appeal came to be dismissed and original claimants were permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in the proportion as awarded by the Tribunal.

It is revealed during the course of arguments that this applicant was minor at the time of hearing of the appeal and now he has become major and that is why he has moved the application for withdrawal of the amount. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have no objection to allow this application.

ORDER

The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
