1) Heard. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the present appeal arises out of the same acquisition and it can be disposed of in view of the judgment passed by this court on 11th February, 2016 in First Appeal No.1015/2004 along with other connected appeals. 2) The learned AGP appearing for the Appellant/State has not disputed the aforesaid position and has also conceded for disposal of the appeal in view of the judgment passed by this Court in the aforesaid First Appeal No. 1015/2004.

3) In view of the above, for the reasons

FA No.26/2007 recorded in the judgment dated 11th February, 2016 in First Appeal No. 1015/2004 along with the connected appeals the present appeal also stands dismissed without any order as to costs.

4) As prayed for by the claimants, the amount of compensation under the Award be disbursed amongst three claimants in equal proportion.
