The Respondents have already paid gratuity amount to the petitioners, however, have failed to pay interest at the rate of 7% p.a. as awarded by the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Controlling Authority Under Payment of Gratuity

Act, 1972.

We have heard Mr.Golewar, learned counsel for Respondents.

The Respondents shall pay amount of interest as awarded by the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Controlling Authority Under Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972,Jalgaon, within a period of six (6) months from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
