It appears from the order dated 25th August 2025 that, by way of last chance, opportunity was granted to the petitioners in Writ Petition No.1898 of 2013 to carry out an amendment. Despite the said order, the petitioners failed to carry out the amendment, and in view of the order dated 25th August 2025, the petition is automatically dismissed. 2.

In view of the same, the interim relief is vacated in Writ Petition No.1898 of 2013.

At the request of the petitioners in Writ Petition No.1064 of 2013, list the matter on 12th November 2025; no further time will be granted. Till then, interim relief, if any, is to continue. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) Shrikant Malani
