Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners in all the aforesaid matters fairly invited our attention to the Judgment delivered by this Court in the case of Darphale Yogita Jagannath and others Versus State of Maharashtra [ 2012 (2) Mh.L.J. 823] and would submit that the issue involved in these matters is already concluded by this Court in the said Judgment against the petitioners.

Mr. Nikam, Learned Counsel for respondent No.3 and Mr. Borulkar, learned A.G.P. confirms this position. 4.
The Writ Petitions are accordingly dismissed. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.

In view of the disposal of Writ Petitions, the pending Civil Applications, if any, are also dismissed.
