When the present appeal is taken up for hearing learned counsel appearing for the respondent i.e. original claimant submitted that, first appeals arising out of same land acquisition proceedings are already dismissed by this court (Coram: T.V. Nalawade, J.) vide judgment and order delivered on 11.02.2016 in First Appeal No. 1025 of 2004 with connected appeals. Learned counsel has also placed on record un-certified copy of the said judgment. The learned AGP has conceded that the appeals arising out of the same land acquisition proceedings are dismissed by this court 2.

In view of the submissions, present appeal stands dismissed, for the reasons as laid down in the judgment delivered
