The grievance of the petitioners is that in regard to their unpaid salary, they had submitted a representation dated 11.3.2016 Exh. "E" before the respondent nos. 2 and 3 but the said representation has not been considered and decided as yet.

A prayer has has been made to dispose of this petition by directing respondent nos. 2 and 3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representation in accordance with law.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent nos.2 and 3 to consider

hvn and take appropriate decision in regard to the petitioner's claim for unpaid salary. In case the petitioners are found to be entitled for the same, the same be paid to the petitioners. Let the entire exercise be completed within the period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
